Luke P Collins Pty Ltd operates the website in connection with Stay Booked and related education, tutoring, publication, workshop and consulting activities.
3. Purpose of the website
The website provides information about Stay Booked, publications, workshops and related services. Some products and registrations are offered through external platforms. Website content may also include educational, professional and informational material.

8. Purchases through Gumroad
Where a product is offered through Gumroad, selecting the purchase link takes the user to Gumroad. The electronic checkout, payment processing and information entered during checkout are handled through that service. The product description, price and applicable purchase terms displayed at the point of sale should be reviewed before purchase. Any Stay Booked specific refund, access, delivery or licence terms displayed with the relevant product form part of the applicable transaction terms.
9. Workshops and events
Workshop descriptions will identify the relevant date, time, format and price where applicable. Registration may be handled through Gumroad or another identified registration service. Access information may be provided separately after registration. A participant is responsible for providing a usable email address and for having suitable internet access and equipment. Any event specific cancellation, transfer, recording or refund terms should be displayed with the relevant event and will apply in addition to these general Terms.
10. Digital products
Digital products are supplied electronically in the format stated at the point of sale. Users are responsible for confirming that they can access the stated format. Purchase does not transfer copyright or ownership of the underlying intellectual property. Unless a product expressly grants broader rights, the purchase provides a personal, nontransferable right to use the supplied material for the purchaser's own legitimate purposes.
